Percana Go Live with Arca Vita International
Percana International Managed Services went live on the 1st January, 2004 with the provision of full Third Party Administration Services for Arca Vita International, a subsidiary of the well-known Italian group, Gruppo Assicurativo Arca, from its outsourcing centre in Dublin. The service went live after a successful policy conversion project carried out by the Percana consultancy group in Q4 of last year.
Arca Vita International (AVI) is using Percana’s outsourcing facilities to service its open book of business in the Italian market. Implemented over three months, Percana provides AVI with a comprehensive outsourcing solution including policy administration, document printing, internet based policy servicing and enquiry, regulatory reporting, fund administration, investment accounting, management information reporting and new product launches. Percana’s Outsourcing and Third Party Administration (TPA)services for the life and pensions sector is based on its flagship product Eclipse

It won two major outsourcing contracts in 2003 with Arca Vita International and AZ Life, a subsidiary of Italian Group Azimut Holding S.p.A.. It’s parent company the Percana Group was set up in 1999 by a group of experts with considerable experience in information technology and management of life assurance products. Percana’s product and service offering is based on the Eclipse Product Suite, which can be used to manage a wide range of Life and Pension products.
