Percana Forms Strategic Alliance with Gruppo Engineering, a major Italian Outsourcer and System Integrator
The Percana Group is pleased to announce the formation of a strategic alliance with the leading Italian Outsourcer & System Integrator, Engineering Ingegneria Informatica SpA. Quoted on Italian Stock Exchange and listed on Nuovo Mercato, Engineering provide outsourcing services and IT strategic consulting, business and systems integration, software and product development to many blue chips clients in the banking and life assurance sectors. According to the terms of the partnership agreement, Gruppo Engineering will provide strategic sales, marketing and implementation support to Percana in the Italian Life & Pensions market. In return Percana will provide Gruppo Engineering with both business knowledge and technological capability through Percana’s Eclipse solution, for the Life and Pensions sector. Percana’s superior policy administration offering “Eclipse” coupled with Gruppo Engineering’s extensive outsourcing and systems integrations skills and market knowledge provides a unique value proposition to Italian customers. Engineering’s Irish subsidiary Engitech will also support Percana in the Irish market.
