Quinn Life to implement Percana’s Eclipse Life Administration Platform
Percana Group, the Life and Pensions solutions provider, is to implement its Eclipse life administration platform at Quinn Life, one of Ireland’s most innovative life assurance companies.
Quinn Life selected Eclipse after a detailed analysis of current market offerings. The company requires a system that will cost-effectively align IT with its business demands for speed, flexibility and efficiency.

The Eclipse product suite is a comprehensive enterprise solution that can be used to manage a wide range of Life and Pension products. It is unique in the Life and Pensions arena in that it has been designed and built with Internet connectivity as a core delivery mechanism and uses XML throughout to accomplish both component integration and interfaces to external systems.
Its Web-enabled capabilities will give Quinn Life the flexibility of providing online transactions for policy holders, while the powerful Rules Engine will enable Quinn to expediently launch and market new products.

Percana’s clients to date include AZ Life, the Irish subsidiary of the Italian asset management company Azimut, and Arca Vita International, the Irish subsidiary of the Italian life company Arca Vita. The company currently administers over €500 million in funds under management for these clients.
