Dentists’ Provident Goes Live with Eclipse

Percana Group has announced that Dentists’ Provident has gone live with the implementation of its, front to back office, policy administration solution Eclipse. The project went live after a successful policy conversion. Dentists’ Provident is using Eclipse to service its existing portfolio and new business requirements. Dentists' Provident intends to grow its business significantly over the next years taking full advantage of the powerful on-line capabilities and flexibility of Eclipse.

Commenting on the announcement, Farrukh Mirza, Deputy Chief Executive, of Dentists’ Provident said, “Percana’s  product Eclipse, their business knowledge and ability to manage the policy conversion process combined with a very significant commitment from the Dentists' Provident team, ensured that the project as a whole was a success.”

Dentists’ Provident will go-live shortly with phase II of the Eclipse implementation, which will involve a roll out of a range of on-line services to policy holders and IFAs. Phase II will utilise Eclipse’s web-enablement capabilities to provide an e-Business hub for straight through processing.
