Dentists’ Provident goes live with EclipseWeb

Dentists’ Provident Society has launched straight through processing and online servicing to policy holders and IFA’s using Percana’s Eclipse Web. Some of the online services offered to IFA’s include quotations, application capture, application tracking, clients details and commission statements enquiry. The online services offered to members include quotations, benefit increase application capture, member details enquiry and withdrawal request capture.

Delighted with the launch of the new online services, Farrukh Mirza, Chief Executive Officer of Dentists’ Provident Society, said “We fully intend to grow our business significantly over the next years taking full advantage of the powerful on-line capabilities and flexibility of Eclipse. We have invested heavily in these new online services for our members and the IFA community in order to make it easier to transact business with Dentists’ Provident. We see our web portal as a vital sales tool and a real enabler for an IFA to service their client’s needs in a very fast and efficient manner.
