Generali PanEurope goes live with Percana’s Eclipse system.
The Percana Group has announced that Generali PanEurope Limited (GPE) has gone live with the implementation of its front to back office policy administration solution Eclipse. The project went live after a successful policy conversion. GPE is using Eclipse to service its existing portfolio and new business requirements. GPE intends to grow its business significantly over the next years taking full advantage of the powerful on-line capabilities and flexibility of Eclipse.
GPE is a specialist division within the Generali Group addressing the needs of specialist niche markets. The nature of GPE’s business means that they work with their partners to provide solutions that take account of client’s unique circumstances. In essence this means that GPE Administrative teams are required to show their utmost in terms of flexibility, nimbleness and rapid reaction to accommodate the requirements of their Pan-European clients. With the successful growth in their business throughout Europe GPE embarked on finding a platform flexible enough to cope with their increasingly demanding business but with comparable nimbleness and speed to cost effectively help them administer their international product portfolio.
