Implementation and Policy Migration
Regardless of project size we guide our customers through the same detailed implementation process ensuring the end solution meets a client’s needs and expectations. Ongoing Production Support
The level of production support is agreed upfront and a detailed SLA is put in place. This allows clients to choose the modules most suited to their business requirements and budgets. Support provided includes:
Hotline Support
Both Full and Out of Hours options can be arranged with a client.
On-Site Support
In the event telephone support does not resolve a Software problem, support can be provided at a client’s location. Clients can also provide an online link to a copy of their production systems to facilitate the resolution of onsite issues.
Training Support
Training support is included as part of the Support Services and will be provided where required on an ongoing basis.
Support for Future Product Launches and New Releases
Support for product launches and new releases is provided by a team of subject matter experts who are on hand to assist with configuration and guide the client during this process. This service is provided as part of an ongoing service and can be delivered offsite or onsite at the client office.
This service enables the client to achieve speed to market when launching new products. To date many of our clients have achieved record time to market in availing of this facility.
